MASSAGE IN THE NEW YEAR

New year, new beginnings, new resolutions…. new you

If in welcoming 2011 you have decided to treat your body with more respect whether you are pregnant or a nursing mum your list may include :- diet, exercise, detox, give something up, walk more often around one of Bristol’s many parks or just finally get to that yoga class then why not include a massage.

Many people see massage as just a one-off treat or indulgence  this can be beneficial but booking a regular massage can have many health benefits, some of my clients come once a month some once a week, you can decide how little or often and it may be that a one-off massage is just what you need.

MASSAGE :-

* Improves blood circulation which provides oxygen and nutrients to replenish the cells.

*Reduces anxiety, stress and tension.

*Stimulates the lymphatic system which cleanses the body.

*Calms the nervous system helping the bodies natural immunity.

Sounds good doesn’t it but you don’t have to identify with something from the list above before you book …………..but you can if you want to.
