Release.

Sometimes pain can becombe so much a part of our day to day that we can’t imagine life without it. A niggle easily ignored gets louder and noiser untill we at last seek releif of some kind for it, even then it can be hard to let go of somthing our body has become so used to, used to moving in a different way so as not to feel it so much which in itself can cause more problems.

If you recognise this scenario then your not alone, many of my clients have been coming for years and even now we discover old places where the body has held itself, held tension. Massage in itself helps the release of the aches and pains and I often give my clients a few gentle stretches to do throughout the week to support the body as it gets used to moving without an ache or pain.
